Deputy governor of the lake is witnessing the activities of a new stage of the second installment of the program "women driving in the provinces" in the lake. Within the framework of the efforts carried out by the state and the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah al - Sisi, the president of the Republic to qualify and train effective cadres to achieve the strategy of Egypt 2030 and improve the performance of the administrative apparatus in all Egyptian governorates. Dr. Nahal belbaa, deputy governor of Beheira witnessed the activities of a new phase of the second installment of the "women lead in the governorates" program in Beheira, where the program comes under the umbrella of the "women's school for leadership qualification" and within the framework of cooperation between the National Training Academy and the Ministry of planning and economic development and the National Council for women, with the aim of refining and developing leadership and administrative skills among women in all governorates and qualifying them to participate effectively and truly in the development of their communities . She stressed the support and care of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, who gave special care to women, as they were given the opportunity to assume leadership positions in addition to providing the environment and the appropriate climate for them in various fields to participate in construction and drive development and positive participation in society. The deputy governor of Beheira praised the efforts of the National Academy for training and the package of training programs provided by it, which aims to refine the important skills that help them to fulfill their leadership and functional roles, and provide an opportunity to exchange ideas and disseminate successful plans and projects to all governorates; as well as maximizing the benefit through holding discussions and exchanging experiences. She also praised the efforts made by Dr. / Rasha Ragheb - executive director of the National Academy for training to put the Academy in the position it deserves in order to raise the status of Egypt first and the administrative apparatus of the state, as well as the package of training programs provided by the Academy of administrative and personal skills to develop their abilities to leadership, project management and entrepreneurship in addition to identifying the most important developments of Information Technology and digital transformation.
